Six internal elements of green packaging

due to the continuous improvement of people's environmental awareness, green and environmental protection have attracted more and more attention. Under the advocacy of the idea of green environmental protection, designers have higher requirements for the internal elements of green packaging packaging materials. They followed the principle of 5R + 1D and made a targeted choice of materials:

1. Packaging lightweight

refers to minimizing the use of packaging materials under the conditions of meeting various functions. It is understood that experts have shown in the strength test of corrugated board that if the quantity of corrugated base paper increases by 1g/m2, the quantity of carton board can be reduced by 1g/m2. Therefore, using this method in the production process of corrugated board can realize the lightweight of packaging

2. Material recyclability (return)

refers to the recycling, reuse and processing of used packaging products into new packaging products. At present, the technical problems related to the recycling of paper packaging materials have been basically solved. The principle of the single plastic wheel wrench strength and endurance fatigue testing experimental machine is: the upper servo motor drives the reducer to rotate (the lifting mechanism is the servo motor reducer), and the recycling of material products (PE, P, etc.) has also made a great breakthrough, However, there are still some problems in the recycling technology of some composite plastics

3. Material reuse

refers to the recycling of all or part of the used packaging products, and it is not easy to give up the packaging products that can be used again before the experiment. 1. Reduce the production of packaging products. The environmental protection packaging and distribution service is to use the above materials to transport the printer with the ambient temperature placed in the facility. When the product is delivered to the guests, the packaging box is brought back by the distribution personnel to realize reuse. Moreover, when the company adopts the recycling of packaging boxes for large output machines, it will recycle the packaging boxes according to the time required by customers. In order to make it easier to recycle the packaging boxes, they changed the raw materials of the boxes from the previous synthetic materials to a single raw material (cartons), which not only saves resources in the field of small caliber home decoration, but also reduces costs

4. materials can be recycled

refers to the recycling and reprocessing of used packaging products, so that they can be used in different fields. As there are a series of problems in the recycling technology of composite materials, businesses began to use some packaging materials made of single materials, which are conducive to recycling, in order to realize the recycling of materials. At present, a pure polyester beverage bottle without a high-density polyethylene base has appeared in the market, and pulp molding packaging can be used to replace some traditional plastic products that are difficult to degrade

5. Refusing to use non ecological materials (refuse)

refers to refusing to use packaging products that are not conducive to ecological development or can cause the spread of diseases and pests. In terms of packaging materials, some developed countries as importing countries prohibit or restrict packaging products (wooden cases, straw bags, etc.) made of some original packaging materials and some recycled packaging materials

6. material degradable

refers to that in order not to form permanent waste, non recyclable packaging waste should be decomposed, and the purpose of improving soil should be achieved through fertilization. Pulp molded products are a typical multi-functional degradable products. Pulp molded lunch boxes have the advantages of heat preservation, heat insulation and compression resistance. Pulp molded trays have excellent positioning, cushioning, air permeability and fresh-keeping performance
